Behavioral Health, Addiction Prevention, and Substance Abuse Treatment

As our patients recover from their hospital stay, we strive to identify and address the issues that led to their homelessness and hospitalization, helping them break the cycle of homelessness. Behavioral health and addiction prevention are vital components of this process, and we proudly include them as standard parts of our services.

Behavioral health services at our recuperative care center encompass a range of interventions that target the connection between a person’s behaviors and their overall mental and physical health. Unlike general mental health care, which addresses a wide array of psychological issues, behavioral health specifically deals with conditions and disorders resulting from a person’s behaviors. Examples include:

  • Gambling
  • Eating disorders
  • Mood disorders
  • Substance abuse

These conditions are often challenging to treat without external support and require long-term care for effective management. Contact us to learn more about how we support our patients on their path to recovery.
